If you have a Shapeoko 3 XL you know it does not include mounting or fixture plates and how difficult it can be to secure your project and material. Our custom fixture plate by Ohio Diesel Parts will solve this major problem with over 400 mounting positions you can easily secure any shaped or sized material in place for milling. Precision machined chamfered holes are 5/16”-18 NC Course thread size (most common size). Threaded mounting points are positioned on a 1.5” x 1.5” center-to-center grid. You will receive 1 plate total. (Same size as stock boards)
Note our plates designed with a hobby end-user in mind. This is CNC machined with Alpase micro-sheen K100-S precision cast jig plate aluminum plate. Tolerance for flatness is within .015'', and for thickness the tolerance is +/- .005'' within 1/2". These are specs from our metal supplier. If you need plates with a tight tolerance, please contact us for details prior to purchase.
Please be sure you are buying the correct size, we offer plates for the standard Shapeoko 3, the 3 XL, and the 3 XXL. This does not fit the newer Shapeoko 4/PRO model line. Shipping is expensive due to size and weight and full refunds will not be provided for in-correct ordering.
Shapeoko XXL machine shown in pictures, is for reference ONLY and is NOT included. Fixtures studs and clamps shown in pictures are for reference ONLY and are NOT included. You can find studs and fixture clamps on websites like mcmaster.com or eBay.

Note our plates designed with a hobbiest user in mind. This is CNC machined with ATP-5 aluminum. Aluminum Cast Tool & Jig (ATP 5) plate is vertical cast, stress-relieved, machined plate providing sound dimensional stability with minimal or no distortion even after extensive machining operations. Cast Aluminum Plates have a precision machined surface for superior flatness, flat within .015'', and +/- .005'' thickness tolerance. If you need plates with a tighter tolerance, please contact us prior to purchase. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee for boards that are within this tolerance.
