Our Ohio Diesel Parts Aluminum Grid Heater Delete allows for the removal of the factory grid heater, which gets clogged with smoke and soot. Our grid heater delete creates a hi-flo elevated plenum, which allows for an open un-obstructed air way increasing airflow to the cylinders and a better throttle response.
Our grid heater deletes are machined from solid heavy ½” thick 6061 Billet Aluminum. Made in America and not caste like Chinese junk. Our plates include machined-in stand-offs so spacers are not required as with other brands. For this delete intended for 2013+ years we include a machined in IAT sensor port. The only delete plate that has this so you don’t have to use pig-tails to install your sensor.
