For any CNC machine, securing your work piece can be a challenge, but it vital to achieving great precise results. Our custom fixture plates by Ohio Diesel Parts will solve this major problem and secure your work material for all your CNC projects. Our plates have over 600 mounting positions you can easily secure any shaped or sized material in place for milling. Precision machined holes are 5/16”-18 NC Course thread size which is sturdy and will not snap. Threaded mounting points are positioned on a 1.5” x 1.5” center-to-center grid. You will receive 2 plates total that mount side-by-side.
 
Note: Our plates designed with a hobby end-user in mind. This is CNC machined with Alpase micro-sheen K100-S precision cast jig plate aluminum plate. Tolerance for flatness is .015'', and for thickness the tolerance is +/- .005'' within 1/2". These are specs from our metal supplier. If you need plates with a tight tolerance, please contact us for details prior to purchase. This is solid aluminum that will not bend, or warp like wooden mounting boards.

Shipping is expensive due to size and weight and full refunds will not be provided for in-correct ordering.
